Belfast Met Second OCoE Award
Belfast Met College in Northern Ireland has been recognised as an Outstanding Centre of Excellence by Prodigy Learning for the second successive year for the delivery of internationally recognised IT certifications from industry leaders such as Adobe and Microsoft.

Pictured receiving the Award on behalf of Belfast Met is Ian McCormick (Head of School, Creative & Digital Industries) from Andrew Flood (CEO, Prodigy Learning).

Prodigy Learning awards Centre of Excellence status annually to a small number of academic institutions and training providers in the UK & Ireland to mark the delivery of over 250 IT certifications in the year and high standards of achievement.  The Outstanding Centre of Excellence Award is to recognise a select group of centres (20 across the UK & Ireland) that reach the highest level of achievement.

The College achieved this new recognition through particular success with delivery of the Microsoft Office Specialist and Microsoft Technology Associate programmes.  These certifications improve employability for students and productivity for employees.  Click here to read the full certification success story.
