Earlier this month, Remit IT Academy was presented with a Centre of Excellence Award
for delivery of Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certifications to its apprentices. This award was presented by Prodigy Learning to recognise exceptional performance by Les Meadows and his team in 2014.

status annually to a small number of centres (academic institutions and private training providers) in the UK & Ireland to mark the delivery of over 250 IT certifications in the year.
Remit have seen the programme grow rapidly and currently offer Microsoft Office Specialist to all the IT Apprentices following Technical Support, IT Technical Sales and IT User routes.
Les Meadows (Programme Manager, Remit) said: "2014 was a fantastic year for the Microsoft MOS programme. Our apprentices, from organisation such as Plan-Net, PTS Consulting, Crayon and many others have greatly benefitted from achieving these industry recognised certifications, giving them valuable skills and knowledge to take into their chosen career path. Going forward we intend to offer MOS across a wider range of our IT provision
