Prodigy Learning is delighted to introduce our new Support Portal which brings together support documentation and FAQs for all Prodigy Learning products including Certiport exams, GMetrix action learning / practice tests and learning solutions from CCI Learning, LearnKey, MeasureUp and Wiley.
The Support Portal will offer a single support reference point for our customers and improve our ability to provide the best possible on-boarding and technical support.
To access, use the blue “Support” button at the top right of this website or navigate directly to http://support.prodigylearning.com. Key areas on the new Support Portal include are detailed below.

Perhaps the most important part of the Support Portal is the Search facility which allows customers search all the Support articles and FAQs from one place.
