Prodigy Learning is delighted to announce exciting promotions within #TeamProdigy, in addition to many new joiners in this year’s Class of 2019, longstanding team members Andrew Griggs, Billy Breen and Jonathan Cody have each received promotions and will be assuming new roles within the company.
Andrew Griggs has recently been promoted to COO.
Andrew
joined Prodigy almost 10 years ago from our partner Certiport, working
first as Regional Account Manager in the UK, then Senior Account Manager
and, most recently, since 2016 as UK Country Manager. Amassing a wealth
of experience, Andrew has a demonstrated successful history of working
with our certification customers and partners in the UK and overseas. In
his new role of COO, Andrew is responsible for leading day to day
sales, marketing, customer and partner relationships and responsible for
all revenue lines across the worldwide business.
Interesting Fact: In his spare time, you will likely find Andrew at Molineux Stadium, wearing yellow and black, supporting Wolverhampton Wanderers F.C.
Billy Breen will assume the role of Senior Territory Manager effective July 1.
Billy joined Prodigy nearly 9 years ago as Regional Sales Manager in Ireland. In 2013 he was promoted to Regional Account Manager for Ireland and Northern Ireland, in 2015 he became Senior Regional Account Manager and in 2016 was promoted to Ireland Country Manager.
In his new role of Senior Territory Manager, Billy will remain responsible for leading our Ireland business with the significant addition of our Europe direct and channel Autodesk certification business. This new opportunity arises from the Company’s appointment as the exclusive provider of Autodesk Certified User and Autodesk Certified Professional certifications from Certiport across 28 Europe countries.
Interesting Fact: Billy is currently in training to complete a season of triathlons coming up in Ireland!
Jonathan Cody will assume the role of Senior Account Manager effective July 1.
Jonathan joined Prodigy 16 years ago and as Operations Manager he has been responsible for managing operations and accounts in Prodigy Learning. Jonathan has a wealth of experience in the certification business and is the longest serving member of the current #TeamProdigy. In previous roles in the education sector Jonathan has worked in business development.
In this new role, Jonathan
will bring his experience and knowledge of the business and digital
skills certifications to the sales team, working with customer accounts
and developing new partnership and business opportunities.
Interesting Fact:
Jonathan isn’t only certified in Microsoft Excel, Word &
PowerPoint, he is also studying BJCP (Beer Judge Certification
Programme) to join the 20 Beer Judges in Ireland.
